Each Ríva gown, veil, and accessory is made to order.

For this reason, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. We encourage thoughtful selection prior to ordering.

If you believe there is a fault with your piece, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including images and your order details.

Shipping

We offer complimentary express tracked shipping on all gown orders within Australia.

Veils and accessories are shipped within Australia via standard ($10) or express delivery ($15), selected at checkout.

International shipping is available. Delivery timeframes, costs, and any customs duties vary by destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.
