The Process
A considered approach to creating your gown — from selection through to delivery.
Ordering
Once you’ve selected your gown, your order is placed with a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due prior to delivery or collection.
Measurements can be taken during your appointment or provided in advance. We recommend having your measurements taken by a professional seamstress to ensure accuracy.
Each piece is made to order in limited quantities, depending on fabric availability. Once confirmed, we proceed with production.
As your gown is created specifically for you, changes cannot be made once production has commenced.
Timing
We recommend beginning your search 10–12 months before your wedding date.
Your gown is typically completed 10–12 weeks prior to your wedding, allowing time for alterations with your chosen seamstress.
For shorter timelines, a limited number of rush orders are accepted each month.
Receiving Your Gown
Your gown will be carefully prepared for delivery or collection from our Melbourne studio.
We recommend trying on your gown soon after receiving it, taking care to avoid makeup, lotions, or fake tan.
Each piece is made according to standard sizing based on your measurements. Minor alterations may be required to achieve your preferred fit.
If you believe there is an issue with your gown, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including images and your order details.
