These terms apply to all purchases made through Ríva Bridal.

Ordering

All gowns, veils, and accessories are made to order in limited quantities, subject to fabric availability.

Once an order is confirmed, production will commence and changes cannot be made.

Payment

Online payments can be made securely via Visa or Mastercard.

For gown purchases, payment may also be made via bank transfer where arranged. Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.

Delivery

Orders are delivered via tracked shipping or made available for collection from our Melbourne studio.

Returns & Consumer Guarantees

Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, not as described, or does not meet acceptable quality standards, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
