HOW DID YOU MEET YOUR PARTNER?
We met at high school through a mutual friend. So we are high school sweeets hearts ☺️
HOW DID THE PROPOSAL GO DOWN?
Mitch proposed at the end of our 8 week Europe trip (yes he carried the ring around for 8 weeks 😳) in Santorini. Casually getting down on one knee by the pool in our villa with a stunning view. You could say I had lost hope by then, so he caught me by surprise which was perfect!
HOW WAS YOUR EXPERIENCE WEDDING DRESS SHOPPING?
I had the best experience wedding dress shopping it was such a lovely day with my mum and sister. We stumbled into Riva unplanned and Kim was so easy going and made it such a comfortable experience, with no pressure whatsoever. Allowing me to try on multiple different dresses, offering her opinion when needed.
HOW DID YOU KNOW YOUR GOWN WAS THE ONE?
As soon as I put it on it felt right, I felt beautiful and elegant. I went away for a day to think about it and could not stop thinking about that one.
WHAT WAS YOUR WEDDING STYLE AND INSPIRATION BEHIND IT?
My wedding style was minimal but elegant with soft pastel florals in a Mediterranean/garden party venue.
We had onsite accommodation so all guests could stay which is something we really wanted to allow it to feel like a mini holiday for everyone. Everything was in the one spot not running between different venues it was perfect, so relaxing.
WHAT WAS YOUR FAVOURITE MOMENT FROM YOUR WEDDING?
So many favourite moments from the day but I would have to say..
I actually loved our ceremony, which I was surprised because I thought I would be so nervous in front of everyone but as soon as I walked down the aisle and saw the guests I just thought this is just my friends and family here to celebrate us and our love and it was beautiful.
I also loved our sunset photos it was a minute just to ourselves and I remember thinking wow I am married to the man I loved this is so special.
The morning getting ready with my 2 sisters, my mum and best friend was the most calming relaxing and special moments as well.
WHAT WAS YOUR WEDDING SOUNDTRACK?

WHAT ARE YOUR WORDS OF WISDOM FOR OTHER BRIDES?
I would say enjoy the each process along the way from wedding dress shopping, the planning for 12-18months to to the crazy lead up a couple weeks before and most importantly the day/weekend. Everyone says it to you that it goes to fast but it does so try and not get caught up in every little stress because at the end of the day you are doing it all to marry the one you love and people come to celebrate you and your love. It’s honestly the best day, I was high on happiness and love and if I could do it all over again I would!
